Krista D. Dacasin is a new nurse practitioner in the field of infectious disease. She successfully graduated Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the prestigious St. Louis University School of Nursing in 2012. She started her career in nursing rehabilitation for 2 years and stepped up to hone her skills in critical care with specialty in CV-ICU at Desert Springs Hospital and Medical Center for 6 years. She belongs to the strong and exceptional alumni of family nurse practitioner in Charles R. Drew University School of Medicine and Science and graduated in May 2020. Her 8 year stay in Las Vegas, Nevada made her commit to the community to render her service to the underserved, less fortunate by representing through the infectious disease group.
Her ethics in life is, “Never look down on anybody unless you’re helping them up.”
